Reasonably close most things.
The shower needs a shower head that stays up and there is no shelving for soap & shampoo. Not ideal for older people.

The unit we had had spectacular views and was newly renovated. The spa bath was wonderful and the special glass next to the spa which could be made opaque to allow the view to be seen from the spa was fabulous. The position was not convenient to local shops unless you had a car.
The Car Park was hard to manuever in due to design.
Unfortunately there were surrounding building works which destroyed the amenity outside the building.
