Staff is great, but the property and furniture is very old and not well-maintained. The room was very different from the images but again the picture could have been taken 15 years ago.

Ahmen at the main restaurant in the rotunda was amazing. Very attentive and courteous, also great with the kids. The hotel had lots of fund stuff to do at night and the food was amazing. Literally all of the staff were super kind and helpful, going above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!

Good location, staff is great. Security needs to relax a bit with having to go through a check point every time you enter with the car then another one at the reception for bags every single time is overkill

Our stay at Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite overlooking one of the lower pools thanks to our Marriot membership. The breakfast buffet was amazing with both Western and Middle Eastern options. Even though we did not get the buffet dinner package, we thoroughly enjoyed our experiences eating at both the Calamari and Italian a la carte restaurants. In both cases the restaurant staff treated us like family making us feel special offering us complimentary starters, desserts, etc. Overall the facilities were immaculate from the impressive main lobby area down to the extensive beach area. We were able to do amazing snorkeling right off the facility pier as well as take a day cruise to the national underwater park area. Our room service staff also made us feel special with special flower petal arrangements in our bedroom, etc. This was definitely a highlight experience of all our travels.
