Room was not cleaned and ready on check in which took nearly 20 minutes. Did get moved to an upgraded room. Toiletries ran out despite only staying one night.

I have stayed here 5 times but I got the worst treatment this time and it is mostly with the cleaning ladies. They came only twice and the cleaning was terrible. my room was smelling so badly.

Room was clean, the staff that spoke to had been polite and helpful. I was given a assessable room which wasn't what I booked but a beds a bed. I was on the first floor with my window facing the alley next to the 02 Academy, stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine but the 2nd night the local homeless had made a camp in the alley and about 1:30am they it sounded like they was having a party followed by a fight. Not the hotels fault but something to keep eye out for.

Loved the property. Excellent location. The accessible studio double room was very spacious. Very clean and had a luxury feel. Staff was very courteous. Would stay again.
