we had a wonderful time with Hiromi. Her communications beforehand were excellent and she created a plan to best fit our interests.

Guide was very nice. He was patient and waited for us. His English was ok. Just wished there was more historical guide provided.

Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. His English was excellent we did a 4 hour private tour which included my wife and I. Highly recommend this. He picked us up at our hit and we paid for a taxi to get to first location. We stayed near Kyoto station which is very convenient location.

Today our guide Mako brought us all over Kyoto showing us all the shrines & temples. Explaining all the Japanese history along the way. 10/10 would recommend

Guide was not engaging for a family.
