Highly recommend this hot air balloon experience! 🎈 We even had the chance to take photos inside the hot air balloon and help pack it away after the flight, which made the experience even more memorable. The pilot was very experienced, friendly, and shared lots of interesting information throughout the journey. Our package also included a delicious breakfast at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. They even dropped us off there after the flight and kindly helped us book a Grab back to our hotel. It was a wonderful and well-organised experience from start to finish. Definitely worth it!

非常好的體驗，4am能在我住的bnb準時接載，早餐後亦能帶返住所。天氣不適合，會與客人另作安排，用WhatsApp 溝通。在天空，會與我們錄影，說笑，旋轉氣球位置，讓每位客人可以拍到日出，過程安全，很開心。

The hot air balloon ride was absolutely amazing—an unforgettable experience beyond anything I could have imagined. Floating peacefully above the stunning scenery was truly magical and felt like a dream come true. Our guide was incredibly friendly, professional, and fun. He made everyone feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and even helped us take beautiful photos to remember the experience. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

퀸즈랜드 골드코스트에서 무얼 할까 엄청 서치를 하고 호주 도착해서 예약을 했습니다 무서울것이란 생각과 다르게 전혀 무섭지 않고 고소공포증이 있는 동료도 걱정과 다르게 안정적인 비행으로 잘 선택한 체험이었다고 극찬을 했네요~^^ 이른 새벽에 픽업을 와주신 닐도 너무 감사해요 비행하는 동안 4마리의 야생 캥거루를 만났고 안정적인 착륙 후 풍경은 그 무엇과도 바꿀 수 없는 값진 풍경었습니다

Booking on Klook was so easy. Once the booking was confirmed, Micaela from GoBallooning contacted me via WhatsApp. She was very friendly and was ready to answer any queries I had. Had the most wonderful experience of my life in the hot air balloon. For someone who is scared of heights, I was really worried before going onto the flight. But after the initial few minutes, I enjoyed the scenery so much that I didn’t bother about the height. We saw the gorgeous sunrise! Never in my life have I seen such a beautiful thing! My 14 year old daughter loved it so much too! The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the guy who picked us up, the pilot (sorry didn’t get their names) and Micaela who texted me, all of them were just amazing! They made us feel so safe. I will 100% recommend GoBallooning to all my family and friends!
