1人旅だったため不安がありましたが、とても安心して利用できるサービスでした。 到着すると、すぐにKlookの看板を持ったスタッフの方が待っていてくださり、スムーズに合流できました。事前にも担当者情報や連絡先が送られてきていたため、当日も安心して利用することができました。 イミグレーションでは専用レーンへ案内していただき、10～15分ほどで手続きを終えることができました。その後の手荷物サポートについても、きちんと対応してもらえるか少し心配していましたが、荷物受取場所までしっかり案内していただけました。 私はホーチミンで第3ターミナルへの乗り継ぎがあり、事前にYouTubeなどで調べていた情報と実際の動線が違っていたため少し混乱していました。スタッフの方に第3ターミナルへ行くことを伝えると、「大丈夫、こちらです」と案内してくださり、保安検査もスムーズに進められるようサポートしていただきました。 本来であればそこでサービス終了だったと思いますが、私が不安そうにしていたためか、近くにいた日本人の方に声をかけてくださり、「この方が心配しているので、第3ターミナルまで一緒に行ってあげてください」とお願いしてくださったのがとても印象的でした。 最後まで利用者のことを気にかけてくださる、とても親切で温かいサービスだと思います。一人旅の方や乗り継ぎに不安がある方には特におすすめです。ありがとうございました。

this is a must when arriving in the airport. as the lines are really long. the fast track just takes 10-15 minutes wait. this is really good when you are in a hurry as well. you’ll receive a message on where to find them and you’ll find your name when you arrive at the airport and they will guide you where to go by then.

Bought the service last minute,thankfully I had the WhatsApp contact for the arrival service and they were able to accept my last minute departure service to ammend the time and date for me as it wasn’t showing an availability. Ticket counter took forever and I was worried I would not make it in time to pass the 2nd round of long queues at immigration. Im glad I got the deluxe fast track service because as soon as I got handed my boarding pass, I quickly rushed to counter H to meet the agent to guide me to the special lanes for ABTC,even though the immigration officer was trying to pull me to go stand at a longer queue, my agent quickly came, signaled the officer to let me through. Once i passed immigration was about 5-7 min wait time, my agent guided me to security screening for a shorter wait and was able to make it to my boarding gate just in time for boarding! It was a 5pm flight and I had reached the airport 3 hrs before departure time. Thank God for the fast track service!

Glad to have bought this service as the normal queue was very long. A staff from the fast track airport service team WhatsApp me a day before my arrival and provided the details and a photo of where to get this service. Upon arrival, I saw my name written on a paper at the travel counter. The staff led me to a special lane meant for wheelchairs , which was much shorter than the snaking line. Managed to clear immigration in less than 15 minutes.

Their fast track through customs is a very convenient and useful service. I met the agent at their designated counter, was also able to buy a reasonably priced 1 month SIM card, and exchange currency at a very good rate. After completing the transactions I was escorted to the their designated customs entry lines. My flight arrived on a Monday night at 11 pm, so it was pretty crowded. It still took me 30 minutes to clear customs, but it would have taken me at least 1 hr and 15 minutes if I hadn't used their fast track service. I'll definitely use again

if you are a family with kids below 6, this service is very much needed. We cleared the custom in less than 30 mins? The normal line was moving so slow. Also, Brian service was great. He shared insights for us when we had questions about our return flight, helped us with our luggage, and even walked us to the grab pick up point which we wouldnt have known if werent for him. It was raining and we couldnt thank him properly.

This express experience is definitely time-saving and provides us with a dedicated customs queue to pass the immigration. Saved at least 30-50 minutes of queueing

Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir waren von Landung bis zum Ausgang in 20min durch. Unser freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns am Tag davor per WhatsApp informiert wo er mit dem Schild wartet. Wir haben ihn sofort gefunden und waren in 5min durch die Immigration durch. Die Schlange für die normale Einwanderung war so lang, dass man aktuell 2h Wartezeit gehabt hätte. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% weiter 👋🏻

Would highly recommend, especially if you’re just transiting through HCM. I’d also recommend booking the basic option as immigration is baggage and the rest were pretty manageable for me. I was directed to a shorter line while others had to queue for more than an hour. Totally worth the money!
