- प्रत्येक यात्री को अधिकतम दो (2) हाथ से ले जाने वाले सूटकेस या कुल 20 किलोग्राम से अधिक वजन के बराबर सामान ले जाने की अनुमति है। बीस किलोग्राम से अधिक वजन वाली वस्तुओं का भुगतान किया जाएगा
- बड़े/भारी हाथ से ले जाने वाले सामान जो यात्रियों के प्रवाह में बाधा डालेंगे, उन्हें कार्गो डिब्बे में रखना होगा और न्यूनतम शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
- यात्री सभी हाथ से ले जाए गए सामान की पूरी जिम्मेदारी लेता है। कंपनी को बिना टैग वाले सामान जैसे हाथ से ले जाए गए, अतिरिक्त माल को रोकने का अधिकार है।

① ऑपरेटर द्वारा ईमेल के माध्यम से भेजा गया मुद्रित मोबाइल वाउचर ② वैध आईडी ③ अपने प्रस्थान समय से 30 मिनट पहले पहुँचें। इस समय तक पहुँचने में विफलता को नो-शो माना जाएगा और कोई रिफंड जारी नहीं किया जाएगा

- चेक-इन के दौरान वास्तविक सीट नंबर दिए जाएंगे
- प्रस्थान से कम से कम 15 मिनट पहले उपस्थित न होने पर जब्त किया जा सकता है और इसे नो-शो माना जाएगा।
- कंपनी वैध कारणों (जैसे विस्फोटक, ज्वलनशील या आपत्तिजनक पदार्थ) के लिए किसी भी यात्री को समायोजित करने से इनकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
रीबुकिंग नीति
- भुगतान की गई राशि का 30% शुल्क और रीबुकिंग शुल्क लागू होगा
- आपकी बुकिंग में कोई भी बदलाव जैसे नाम बदलना, यात्रा बदलना आदि पर कुछ शुल्क लग सकते हैं और इसे टर्मिनल पर किया जाना चाहिए।
