The boat owner was so rude and unprofessinal. I booked an appt for Aug 19 2026. He wanted me to move it on Aug 20 2026. I told can not because I will leave port dicson on Aug 19, 2026. He called me and harrassed me and he said he cant do business with me. This boatowner should be banned in klook and should not be allowed to operate any business. experience: so bad
कर्मचारियों और सटीक स्थान का पता लगाना मुश्किल था क्योंकि समुद्र तट पर कई गतिविधियाँ चल रही थीं। नाव की सवारी का अनुभव औसत था।
Hi, we thank you for raising your concerns and sharing feedback on your experience - it is regrettable that things weren't up to your expectations for your booking for the Banana Boat and Seaside Picnic Experience in Port Dickson. This isn't what we'd hoped to hear and will be taking this as honest, constructive feedback to share within the team and merchant. What we'll do for you, is report this back to the merchant on your behalf. That said, we thank you once again for choosing to book with Klook and we hope to serve you again. Sincerely, Sya
