Easy to redeem Klook booking at the counter. Staff was friendly and the tour was amazing. Had seen quite a numbers of dolphin at different areas. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip!

Not entirely their fault, we just didn't end up seeing many dolphins. Just one from a distance. It's poor value for money, if you don't end up seeing what you set out to see.

It was mentioned as guarantee viewing of dolphins but unfortunately that was not the case. We took a 90min boat ride around the bay and ended up being the unfortunate ones for the first time this year to not be able to view dolphins. They were unable to do refund but do offer vouchers to come back to try our luck again, however, we were already heading back to Singapore the next day and unable to use the vouchers which means we actually paid for a very expensive boat tour instead. Hope the Satisfaction Guarantee at Klook will look into assisting with this unfortunate event.

didnt managed to see any dolphins. So i am unable to give a proper rating. offered for guranteed next trip free but as a tourist, unable to commit to such offer. no refunds. really depends on luck
