the customer service is great, friendly, and professionally. I have my parents, they were in need a wheelchair, and the staff helped me..... so appreciate..... the room service was awesome, had accidentally spill water, and they help us change the bed sheet rightaway. I LOVE THE food deliver service, they reaally flexible and happily help us warm up the food without charge.... A little care from all the staff make oir stay amaazing. we had wonderful stay andd will come back soon.

not the best but still acceptable. nobody contact me in advance to plan the airport transfer and timing. I had to locate them and kept asking them about my booked private tour. they never even arranged any vehicle for my another private tour just because my hotel was nearby the attraction. but the private tour was for 8 hours. jokers

the driver could not speak English makes the communication a bit harder. when we request to go to Star Fish Beach, he didn’t tell us we had to pay 1.5million dong for a return boat ride to the beach. we only found out when we reach there. waste of time. Fortunately, the fishing village there serves reasonable and fresh seafood and we end up having lunch there.
