We had a great stay on this cruise and felt it offered excellent value for money. The inclusion of four meals was a major plus, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable throughout. Our itinerary was well-organized; we visited Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and the floating Pearl Factory by tender boat. It was fantastic to have multiple activity choices to suit different paces.The highlight of the service was the Cruise Manager, Tom, who was highly engaging and informative. Though there were minor English language barriers with a few crew members, their warm, helpful, and friendly attitudes more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

We had an unforgettable experience aboard the Amanda Luxury Cruise. Initially, we booked the standard Amanda Cruise, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to the more luxurious boat, which we only discovered once we arrived at their lounge. Ms. Linh, the organizer, kept us informed via WhatsApp, ensuring our pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, and she handled all our requests with great care. The entire trip was perfectly timed and well-organized. Lee, the cruise manager, was incredibly friendly and attentive. To top it off, they surprised us with a beautiful anniversary setup in our room to celebrate our 19th anniversary. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience was truly a 5/5—a once-in-a-lifetime memory!

相當滿意這次的旅遊，從市區接送，有人遲到直接放鳥，這點相當加分，船上經理Dan很會帶氣氛，食物也很好吃，下龍灣採訪活動Hana的導覽也很專業，船上James的服務也相當好，介紹我們很多當地咖啡品牌。整體只有一個地方要注意的就是我這間遇到洗澡水洗一半會變冷，要等10分鐘以上才會再有，但聽其他團員沒有提到這個問題

यह एक बहुत ही संतोषजनक यात्रा थी। मेरे बच्चे और मेरे परिवार ने इसका खूब आनंद लिया। यह मेरे बच्चे का जन्मदिन था, और उन्होंने जो सरप्राइज दिया, उससे उसे एक अद्भुत यादगार पल मिला। यात्रा और कर्मचारी (डैन, चान, जेम्स...) सभी बहुत अच्छे थे। अगली बार मैं निश्चित रूप से फिर से अमांडा को चुनूँगा!

The cruise itself was luxurious, with spacious cabins and top-notch amenities. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to explore the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay, including stunning limestone islands and emerald waters. Activities like kayaking and visits to local caves added adventure and intrigue to the trip. Meals on board were delicious, featuring a variety of local and international dishes. This cruise is highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Halong Bay in comfort and style!

Writing We were on the cruise with my girlfriend, and we absolutely loved everything! Captain Dan was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire trip. The whole crew was wonderful—the ladies who served the food, James, Jack, Viet, and everyone else. The food was delicious, the boat was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the positive energy of the whole team. अमांडा के साथ मेरा अनुभव बहुत शानदार रहा। मेरी बुकिंग के बाद मुझे एक बालकनी वाले कमरे की आवश्यकता थी, जिसके लिए श्री एंडी ने मुझे उनके हेरा लक्जरी ब्रांड क्रूज ओशन सुइट रूम में अपग्रेड कर दिया, जिसमें अंतर का भुगतान करना था। हमने अपने कमरे को पिकअप के साथ बुक किया था, जिसके लिए उन्होंने हमें एक लिमोसिन वैन में अपग्रेड कर दिया। कुल मिलाकर अनुभव बहुत अच्छा था। क्रूज के सभी कर्मचारी, जिनमें क्रू मैनेजर मिन्ह भी शामिल थे, बहुत दयालु थे और उन्होंने हमारे भोजन का असाधारण रूप से अच्छी तरह से ध्यान रखा क्योंकि हम शाकाहारी हैं। उन्होंने हमें इतने सारे व्यंजन खाने को दिए कि हम उन्हें खत्म भी नहीं कर पाए। हमारा कमरा सामने एक बड़ी बालकनी और बहुत अच्छे दृश्य के साथ शानदार था। श्री एंडी ने हवाई अड्डे के लिए कैब ट्रांसफर की बुकिंग का भी समय पर ध्यान रखा।

overalls were okay, crews were very friendly and helpful, meals buffet was excellent, only dinner's portion was little for big stomach like me😄. anyway the room was clean and spacious, water pressure was good, air conditioning was cool enough. and finally I'm enjoying the trip. thanks.

It was my first solo cruise experience with this cruise. I felt safe and well taken care of. Dan, the cruise manager is very organised and friendly! The crew members are attentive and fun loving too! I love everything about their cruise, from the stay to the food to all the activities they planned. It's a very fulfilling 2 days 1 night trip with Amanda cruise, I would definitely recommend it!
