An amazing experience with memories that will last a lifetime! Well organised with plenty of communications from the company before the trip. Good pick up with clean and comfortable car. Great pilots with clear explanations and simply breathtaking scenery! Nothing to fault. However, I would skip the breakfast / camel / balcony and just enjoy that in your own hotels when the trip ends.

यह शुरू से अंत तक एक शानदार अनुभव था, हमें श्री मोहम्मद ने उठाया और श्री अब्दुल ने समन्वय किया और उन्होंने हमें होटल सुरक्षित पहुंचने तक हमारा ख्याल रखा, सभी कर्मचारी प्यारे और बहुत जानकारीपूर्ण थे, मैं इसे करने से पहले थोड़ा घबराया हुआ था लेकिन इसे करते समय मुझे पूरी तरह से सहज महसूस हुआ और यह उन बेहतरीन चीजों में से एक है जो मैंने की हैं और जो मेरी बकेट लिस्ट में नहीं थी। कैप्टन अहमद बशीर ने सुनिश्चित किया कि हमारी यात्रा बिना किसी बाधा के सुचारू रहे। मैं दुबई आने वाले लोगों से बस इतना कहना चाहता हूं कि कृपया इस दल के साथ जाएं, आपको पछतावा नहीं होगा... हबीबी!!!

यह सबसे अच्छा समय था। सुबह जल्दी उठना थोड़ा मुश्किल था, लेकिन नज़ारे इतने शानदार थे कि सारी परेशानी दूर हो गई। यह एक बहुत अच्छी याद बन गई। हमारे समूह में जापानी और कोरियाई लोग थे, शायद उन्होंने एशियाई देशों के लोगों को एक साथ रखा था। पिकअप से लेकर अंत तक, मोहम्मद साहब ने बहुत अच्छी तरह से सब कुछ संभाला। उनमें नेतृत्व क्षमता थी और उन्होंने सब कुछ सुचारू रूप से चलाया, जिससे हमारा समय बहुत अच्छा बीता। वह तस्वीरें लेने में भी बहुत माहिर थे। उन्होंने गुब्बारे की तैयारी के दौरान समूह की तस्वीरें लीं, और गुब्बारे के उड़ान भरने के समय की तस्वीरें और वीडियो भी बनाए। मुझे लगता है कि उनकी सेवा अन्य समूहों की तुलना में बहुत बेहतर थी। उन्होंने तुरंत अपनी खींची हुई तस्वीरें भी साझा कीं, जिससे हम वापसी की गाड़ी में भी उन पलों का आनंद ले सके। उनकी सेवा बहुत प्रभावशाली थी। मैंने गुब्बारे से पहली सूर्योदय देखा, जो वास्तव में अद्भुत था। सुबह की रोशनी में अन्य गुब्बारों का दृश्य भी वास्तव में, वास्तव में शानदार था। मैं अकेला आया था और थोड़ा चिंतित था, लेकिन ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं था। मुझे खुशी है कि मैं इसमें शामिल हुआ। मैं पूरे विश्वास के साथ कह सकता हूं कि यह इतना शानदार समय था कि जो लोग शामिल होने में संकोच कर रहे हैं, उन्हें बिना किसी हिचकिचाहट के निश्चित रूप से इसमें शामिल होना चाहिए।

呢個trip係半夜出發，去到郊外(有啲凍)可以睇到好多星星(係額外收穫！) 去到會有個safety briefing 之後就會坐車去坐熱氣球嘅地方。上到去熱氣球度有啲熱，因為有好大個火😂上到去天空機師會control個熱氣球360度轉，每個方法都睇到。同埋機師好好人，有時會降低個熱氣球，指俾我地睇沙漠嘅動物。因為會睇日出，所以建議帶太陽眼鏡。降落之後機師重有幫我地影大合照👍🏻然後就去左食早餐，係一個好少野揀嘅自助餐。唔記得係30定45分鐘內要食完早餐，騎駱駝同睇隻鷹(有啲chur) 我以為會睇到隻鷹飛 點知係得摸同影相(好多地方都有 所以可有可無) 另外隻駱駝係圈養嘅。好似左兩個圈？😂個早餐有個好好食嘅茄汁豆(我係茄汁豆haters黎，係我個friend迫我拎啲)估唔到係咁唔同，佢係有中東嘅香料味，味道好有內涵😂啲豆大粒過罐頭嗰啲。(係意外驚喜)

Our Incredible Hot Air Balloon Experience in Dubai 🤩 Our hot air balloon adventure in Dubai was nothing short of breathtaking, a memory that will stay with us forever. From the moment we arrived at the launch site, the excitement was palpable. As the giant balloon inflated against the backdrop of the rising sun, we knew we were about to witness something extraordinary. Once we lifted off, the world transformed beneath us. Floating serenely above the golden desert dunes, the sheer expanse of the landscape was mesmerizing. The contrast of the sandy waves with the lush patches of greenery and wandering camels made it feel like we were gliding over a living painting. The tranquility up there was unmatched, with only the occasional roar of the balloon’s burner interrupting the silence. As we soared higher, the panoramic views became even more surreal, and watching the sun cast its golden glow over the horizon felt magical. The entire experience was made even better by the professional and knowledgeable crew, who ensured our safety and shared fascinating insights about the desert and ballooning itself. Their passion added an extra layer of appreciation to the journey. Descending gently back to the ground was bittersweet—we didn’t want it to end. The experience wasn’t just a flight; it was a chance to connect with nature and see Dubai’s beauty from a perspective few get to enjoy. If you’re ever in Dubai, a hot air balloon ride is a must. It’s not just an activity, it’s an awe-inspiring adventure that leaves you feeling humbled and exhilarated.

The experience was mesmerising. The Hot air ballon opertor Sindbad is very professional. They shared pick up info one day prior, picked us up on time. At venue they served us hot coffee n then tour opertor and pilot gave us detailed do and don'ts to be followed during ride. During ride they gradually elevated the ballon to 4000 ft. The pilot guided us about the elevations,wind speed. He rotated the ballon many times so that everybody gets 360 degree view. It was windy at heights, n morning sun 🌞 can be experienced from 4000 ft height. During this ride balloon travels through desert and finally lands several kilometers from original site. Pilot already warned us about rough landing due to winds and guided us to take position during landing. The bucket then hit 3 to 4 times while drifting and finally settled in horizontal position. The ground staff was already there and helped quickly to rescue everyone.All in all it was must have experience.The breakfast, falcon show and camel ride is also nice.

My daughter went for the hot air ballon trip. She was picked up by a transfer coach and the trip was smooth. She was served with coffee when arrived the site. There were about 3 groups on arrival and each group had around 20 people for each hot air balloon basket. After entering the hot air ballon, they were secured with seat belts. The balloon trip was smooth and rised at few times to increase the level until they reached 4000 feet height. It was beautiful being surrounded by various hot air balloons at different heights, and the sunrise was so so beautiful and is highly recommeded for adventurers. There were plenty of time for sunrise photo shooting and the pilot will rotate the basket for everyone in different corners of the basket to take pictures with it. She was lucky to enjoy a very steady balloon ride due to steady wind. She also got a e-copy of certificate after the trip. She was in a comfortable car to transfer back to the hotel. Great Trip to meet new international friends!

We booked last minute (late afternoon) for the following day balloon flight. They then WA us quickly to see if we can bring forward to next day due to poor weather forecast. We agreed and arrangements were made swiftly after that (send passport & weight info, confirm pickup timing). Pick-up at our hotel (Palm area) was on-time at 4.45am. Arrived at briefing site closer near to 6am. Had to sign individual indemnity form. Simple coffee & tea provided - they will politely asked for your choice and make it for you. Toilets available on site and are clean. After flight briefing conducted, had to travel 10 mins to launch site. Some may find the climb into basket not so easy (to note for elderly or those with difficulties). Take-off was very smooth and landing was a little bumpy, as anticipated. Pilot was cheery and engaging and gave out flight info occasionally. Enjoyable and scenic flight with total of 8 balloons in the air (with different operators) We booked the package with breakfast and falcon/camel ride. Breakfast was decent, served in a clean comfortable area. Camel ride/ Falcon was a short experience only. Overall, a good experience and the kids enjoyed it.

मुझे हमारे ड्राइवर, मुहम्मद नवाज़ ने सुबह 3 बजे मेरे होटल से पिक-अप किया। वह समय पर थे और हमें सुरक्षित रूप से कैंप तक ले गए। उन्होंने हॉट एयर बैलून के सामने मेरी तस्वीरें लेने की भी पेशकश की। यह मेरा पहला हॉट एयर बैलून अनुभव था और मैं बहुत खुश हूँ कि मैंने इसे दुबई में किया। सूर्योदय के समय और एक अलग दृष्टिकोण से दुबई के रेगिस्तान को देखना जादुई था। सौभाग्य से, हमने जंगल में अरबी ओरिक्स का एक झुंड देखा। मैंने यह गतिविधि दुबई में अपने आखिरी दिन की। यह एक अविस्मरणीय अनुभव था और मेरी दुबई यात्रा को समाप्त करने का एक शानदार तरीका था! 🥰🫶🎈
