My first time ever trying a Japanese head spa experience was amazing. I had a free afternoon and the studio was super easy to book and find in the hotel. Keiko-san and the rest of the team at 1895 Maison were so welcoming and kind. Our language barrier wasn’t an issue at all (some staff speak English) and the team is extremely texture friendly (for reference I have type 4C dreadlocks). The spa experience was so relaxing. I was washed, massage, and pampered to the fullest. It was extremely relaxing especially after a long flight and they even offered a gift at the end. I would definitely book this experience again!!! 恵子さん、そしてチームの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！！！

Me ha gustado mucho. han sido muy amables y atentas. Me han dejado el pelo espectacular y al acabar te dan un obsequio. Sin duda repetiría. el local está en la planta de abajo del hotel imperial, que por cierto es muy bonito.

I got served by Miho and my partner Emiri. we both are super happy and would recommend this for everyone. did the 60 min one. i have super long and thick hair but they still managed to handle it super delicate.

Booked the appointment 1 day in advance. great experience. hair soft soft after headspa. paid for the headspa and blow dry. they also straightenened my long hair. spoke some english too. and we got a gift bag too. great value for money!

I came with my daughter to enjoy a spa treatment and it was simply perfect. The staff was professional and pleasant, we enjoyed ourselves very much, and I highly recommend this place.
