this activity concluded my great appreciation in Da Nang very refreshing and relaxing for a travel experience

Sadly, the timeslot i had booked was cancelled due to rainy weather. However, praises to the team for their communication via WhatsApp to inform us of the cancelled event and alternative options for that night and other dates - which were excellent but unfortunately we were unable to accommodate as we were flying off the next day. They were so kind understand our need to cancel and clearly showed us how a refund is available (and assured they'd aporove). Wld most definitely book this on our next trip to Danang...and on an earlier date to accommodate weather unpredictability.

inform checkin time at 5pm, than when in checkin counter, they inform, check in time change tlo 6pm, than at 5:45 whatsapp time now find time, need running to checkin counter, , When go into cruise, find only 2 of us was book on this cruise, than need us change to another crusise, final crusie start at 1820, .book this crusie wasnt 5pm can get Sunset photos, final we cannot take photo we want, very disappointed experience with reserve with klook of crusie, i had book with klook of crusie to other city, i was my first time feel very very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
