Managing a group of tourists with different walking speeds, interests, and requests is never easy, but Seven handled it very well. She was attentive to everyone's needs, ensured that the group stayed together while maintaining a smooth schedule. Seven spoke English throughout the tour, making communication easy and enjoyable for international visitors. What stood out most was her careful planning and ability to minimize waiting times by arranging bookings in advance for each attraction. The Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain package tour was excellent value for money. Thanks to Seven's efficient coordination, we were able to fully appreciate these spectacular attractions without unnecessary delays. We highly recommend Seven to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Her professionalism, organization, and dedication made our tour memorable and enjoyable.

Today we visited the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain, and we had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide, Celery. She was professional, friendly, organized, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. What impressed us most was her English—it was very clear and easy to understand, which made the tour much more informative and enjoyable.

I was guided by Michelle who was fantastic. We were in a group of about 7 or 8. You see a lot in this day trip and really pack it in but it's fantastic and I'd recommend it !
