The bus was comfortable and the overall journey was good. The booking and boarding process were smooth, and the staff were helpful. However, the travel time was longer than expected due to traffic and border clearance. Still, it was a convenient and affordable way to travel from Singapore to Malaysia.

Very smooth journey from KL to SG. Departure was right on time, seats were comfortable, and immigration was hassle-free.

Boarding at Grantral Mall was straightforward and well-organized. Smooth drive all the way to TBS with reasonable pricing.

Reliable and comfortable, there were only 3 passengers in total and yet they did not cancel. Make sure you have your voucher with you so they can confirm it even if your name does not appear in the driver’s roster. Driver doesn’t speak English so don’t expect answers to your question. Make sure you have data so you can search what you want to ask. Some seats don’t recline and some foot rest don’t go up but overall very comfortable.
