fantastic cruise!!! every effort was made to make our trip comfortable. international cuisine. kids loved all the activities. do carry dry fit clothes and swimsuits. especially footwear.. the manager Mr. Ha was very good. Will definitely recommend.

What an incredible bucket list experience! 😍Not only did we see the most breathtakingly spectacular views, the excursions were amazing — getting to kayak and see the caves truly felt like a dream! The friendly staff were so attentive and made the trip even more comfortable, the food service was divine and our rooms were so spacious, clean. Thankyou so much klook for the best 48 hours were so sad to leave!

The cruise and the whole organisation is insane, I would definitely recommend it! The food is also outstanding, they ask for your preferences and prepare special meals if you need so (I don’t eat meat and there was no problem with that). Also there are plenty of activities the day you start so the day is full of leisure time but take into account that everything starts in the exact time from timetable so don’t be late for it🤣 as we missed couple of activities because of being late for them for 5-10 mins😁

We had a great trip startling with our transfer from our hotel to the boat. Our bus guide, Lee was very kind and looked after all the guests ensuring we got to destination safely. Lovely cruise with plenty of food and activities.

The cruise exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire journey, from the shuttle bus to the crew on board. Dinner was surprisingly good, especially the Western dishes, which were light, well-balanced, and very enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Imperial Suite, which featured a private sauna, sun deck, and even a mini golf area. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Combined with the stunning scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, it made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

अपने चार लोगों के परिवार के साथ 2 दिन 1 रात की क्रूज़ यात्रा पर गए थे। हमारी क्रूज़ यात्रा बहुत आनंददायक रही। हनोई होटल से पिकअप करने वाले कर्मचारियों से लेकर जहाज पर मौजूद क्रू सदस्यों तक, सभी बहुत मिलनसार और मददगार थे। होटल पिकअप और निर्देश स्पष्ट थे। कर्मचारी आपको स्थान और समय की पुष्टि के लिए एक दिन पहले टेक्स्ट करेंगे। अज़ुरा क्रूज़ एक नया क्रूज़ है, शायद एक साल से भी कम पुराना। यह छोटा और आरामदायक क्रूज़ है और चेक-इन, चेक-आउट और भोजन के अनुभव के मामले में अच्छी तरह से व्यवस्थित है। मुझे लगता है कि एक चीज़ बेहतर हो सकती थी, वह यह कि आखिरी दिन ब्रंच के दौरान मुफ्त कॉफी और चाय उपलब्ध कराई जाती। मुझे नहीं पता कि यह संसाधनों की कमी के कारण है या नहीं, लेकिन नाश्ते में भी कॉफी और चाय के लिए शुल्क लिया जाता है। सुझाव है कि ब्रंच सेवा के लिए प्रति अतिथि 1 कप मुफ्त कॉफी और चाय शामिल की जा सकती है।

क्रूज अद्भुत था! बहुत शानदार 😊 कर्मचारी अनुभव को और भी खास बनाते हैं। वे गर्मजोशी से भरे, स्वागत करने वाले, बहुत मिलनसार और हास्य की अच्छी समझ वाले हैं। ली खाड़ी में स्थानांतरण के लिए एक बेहतरीन मार्गदर्शक थे। बाओ बहुत दयालु थे और उन्होंने हर छोटी से छोटी बात पर ध्यान दिया। यह निश्चित रूप से हमारी यात्रा का एक मुख्य आकर्षण था! हमें इंपीरियल सुइट में अपग्रेड किया गया जो बहुत खास था। एक यादगार यात्रा! जिम भी सुविधाजनक था और उसमें एयर कंडीशनर भी था 😊

Our Halong Bay experience with Azura Cruise was fantastic from start to finish. The bus driver made the long journey safe and comfortable, while our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the group engaged. The cruise itself was beautiful—clean cabins, delicious meals, and a well-planned mix of activities like kayaking and cave visits, plus time to relax and enjoy the views. the Azura cruise was great and staffs were friendly. We had a variety of activities including boat trip to the caves, kayak, swimming in the sea etc. We also had fun with karaoke with the friendly fellow passengers.
