I had such a good time visiting this cafe. Check-in was super easy and you get a treat for free. The drinks were so yummy and the dogs loved the treats as well as some cuddle time. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

THE CUTEST FREAKING DOGS EVER!! yaal need to book this experience. came with free unlimited beverages & a free tray of treats to feed the dogs! if you wanted additional you could buy for a small fee. not only were the dogs soo adorable but it wasnt too crowded as well so i was able to relax.

Great experience! the dogs are so cute. just be careful when arriving with food, they all jump on you but they calm down a lot once you give out all the food. sit on the ground and the dogs will come to you to lay on the blankets. The Pomerians are loud. Some shy dogs but the staff are so helpful at giving you a puppy in your lap. let the dogs come to you!

very cute , whey they say cafe, it was unlimited soft drinks in a corner . I was lucky enough to have the cutest dog pick me and get on my lap for the whole time , otherwise the dogs just want the food , not cuddles

The dogs are very cute, place is reasonably clean, but the staff is clearly doing the bare minimum - not courteous, not personable and far from pleasant when communicating the rules. We have also witnessed one of them pushing a puppy in a more aggressive manner. Customer service is clearly not their priority. Our experience could have been much better if the staff were a bit more friendly. With so many pet cafes around Tokyo we’d have gone somewhere else if we knew service was not that great.

staff were friendly but many of the dogs could not be fed due to a specialty diet. The snacks that were provided as part of our package were “too simple” compared to the premium offerings and the dogs that could eat them were not interested. some dogs clinged to some guests leaving the others wishing they could pet more than just a few. overall I was underwhelmed by the experience

most of the dogs were held in cages behind the facility and there was poop in many corners.. don’t think the dogs go out very often :( they also wanted only the food and the food was more expensive than the experience itself.. we were a bit shocked unfortunately. the dogs themselves were cute..
