it was a very good and fun experience for kids and adults alike. i just hope that the place is much colder since the activity is physical. In addition, the staff are very attentive and helpful although the company could conduct a briefing (maybe 5 mins) of basic instructions and safety rules and guidelines.

the experience is good but the staff dont know how to process the booking even asked me to pay agaib
