This was a fun way to learn about the history and culture of sushi. We learned a lot and made a lot of sushi. It was so easy, with great conversation, and our host was very sweet and knowledgeable. His English was also really good!

Everyone who goes to Shibuya should definitely take this class! We had an absolute blast learning about the history of sushi and practicing the techniques we learned from our wonderful hosts and facilitators. If you have the choice definitely do the class with Mami and Qaim, they are so wonderful and friendly and provided such fantastic conversation, and the sushi we made was delicious and so fresh, especially the wasabi (everything tasted and looked like they made it minutes before we arrived it was so fresh). Cannot recommend this experience any higher!

Such a fun experience! We were the only people in the class so we must’ve chosen a quiet time slot but I think it made the session more personal which was nice☺️ Both instructors are so lovely and we all had some good laughs. I made sushi for the first time here and it was delicious! the staff was so kind and helpful. they guided you every step of the way. it was right in Shibuya a few minutes from the station. I left there feeling super full. they also give you a brief history of sushi which is nice. they are a new spot that just opened a month ago so it was nice to be one of the firsts here as well! I highly recommend

Such a fun sushi making experience, we had the best time and our sushi teachers Momoyo and Kaito. They were so friendly and so welcoming. I would 1000000/10 recommend.

Overall this was a fantastic experience! Such a very personal and informative sushi making lesson in a beautiful location designed just for it. Definitely recommend learning how to roll sushi here in the heart of Tokyo.
