जानकारीपूर्ण और मिलनसार टूर गाइड बहुत अच्छा था।

स्थानीय टूर गाइड “कैप्टन सी” स्थानीय आकर्षणों के बारे में बहुत जानकार हैं और उन्होंने मियामी के बारे में शानदार जानकारी दी। उन्हें एक अद्भुत टूर गाइड के रूप में पाकर बहुत अच्छा लगा।

We enjoyed the tour with Alex and Skeila. He was very informative and entertaining. He enlightened us with some interesting history of Miami.

The Tour was AWESOME!! Cito the tour guide was very experienced, patient, knowledgeable, and overall friendly. My wife and I were not disappointed. we hope to tour the again in the future. 😁👍

I'm not usually one to take shared tours though on the rare occasion we've taken them, we've been quite fortunate to be part of great groups. Sadly, that streak has now come to an end. The problem isn't necessarily with the rest of the tour group - the bigger issue lies with the way this tour is structured. This tour accepts both Spanish and English speakers with the tour guide asking everyone's language preferences and if the group requires both then the tour guide essentially communicates in both languages. The problem with it is that the driver occasionally forgets that he has speakers of both languages in the group and if someone asks a question in one language, he doesn't even bother translating the q&a. Furthermore, our tour guide himself leaned heavily on spanish which meant we ended up getting largely left out of the tour. Lastly, the tour itself doesn't cover anything special as we simply visited some beaches for 30ish mins (meh) and got a shot of cuban coffee (great)
