The original tour we registered for was unfortunately canceled due to insufficient participants. Regrettably, the night before our scheduled departure, our flight was delayed due to weather conditions, preventing us from arriving in time to join the tour. Upon informing the customer service team, they showed great flexibility and understanding, allowing us to join the same tour a few days later.
