wonderful experience with chef Kate! we loved the clear explanations and the hands-on practice ♥️ we got to enjoy our sushi at the end of it which was great!

La chef e il personale che ci ha seguito per tutta la lezione erano super disponibili e pronti ad aiutare! A fine lezione abbiamo mangiato il sushi preparato da noi, davvero buonissimo! Gli ingredienti e il pesce utilizzato erano proprio buonissimi!

This was our first day in Tokyo and what a way to start. The kids and my wife and so had so much fun learning how to make sushi and it made for a delicious lunch afterwards. Definitely worth going especially if you have kids. It turned out to be one of their highlights of the trip!

It was a fun activity, even for kids. Pick up was easy to find and host Miki was friendly. we also got to watch the sushi master filet the fish. I was very full after the activity!

everything was very fun. the class started early enough not to miss out on the rest of the day but not too early to make waking up on a vacation fay a hassle. it wasnt a long activity that would take up most of the day yet it was very comprehensive and gives you enough basics to put you on the track. sushi tasted really good as well. the staff are super friendly and helpful

we came here with our 5 year old sushi loving daughter and had a great time! everyone was super nice and professional!- they helped us and our daughter patiently and where ever so friendly. we recommend it to everyone who wants to get a bit more info about the art of sushi making. of course 90 min only scratches the surface of this increadible craft!

We had a fantastic time at our sushi-making class! It was such a unique experience to learn from a traditional-speaking sushi chef, who brought authenticity and skill to every step of the process. Our tour guide was amazing at translating, ensuring we understood the chef’s techniques and making the class accessible for everyone. They both went out of their way to check in on us, making sure we were having fun and mastering each step. It was a perfect blend of cultural immersion, learning, and enjoyment—highly recommend!
