It’s soooo relaxing and unwind. glad that at KL city area have such a wonderful and great place to reset ourselves after having a long hectic day. For those who have been very stressful or catching up so much of heavy routine every day, highly recommended to pay a visit to Billion and reclaim yourself back. To be honest, during my visit, I have my most munchie of the day as compare to my normal routine. Food is 👍, drinks can be better, spa and sauna is the tiptop. definitely will return and recommend my other friends join me along.

ओन्सेन में 4 पूल हैं। एक मैग्नीशियम (एप्सम सॉल्ट) स्नान, एक हाइड्रेटिंग (संभवतः कोलेजन, सेरामाइड्स, प्रोटीन मिश्रण) और कंट्रास्ट थेरेपी के लिए एक ठंडा डुबकी। आखिरी वाला सिर्फ सामान्य गर्म जकूज़ी है। सुधार के लिए मेरा एकमात्र सुझाव यह है कि ठंडे पानी का तापमान शायद 15 डिग्री पर सेट था... यदि वे इसे 10 डिग्री तक कम करते तो यह शानदार होता। अदरक की चाय और मूंगफली के लड्डू जैसे मानार्थ स्नैक्स का स्वाद अच्छा है और उन्हें अच्छी तरह से प्रस्तुत किया गया है।

मुझे कुआलालंपुर में अपना पहला ओन्सेन, मसाज, वेलनेस और स्पा अनुभव मिला। पेश है "बिलियन ओन्सेन एंड एस्थेटिक्स" जो सप्ताहांत में यात्रा के दौरान केएलसीसी के पास स्थित है। यह कीमत बेहतरीन सेवाओं और सुविधाओं के अनुभवों के साथ अच्छी है। हमारे लिए, हमें विश्राम का अनुभव मिला, स्वस्थ रहने और तनाव से अधिक राहत पाने के लिए शरीर की चिकित्सा मिली। यहां यात्रा करना आसान है, आप रुक सकते हैं। साथ ही, सेवा कर्मचारी भी हैं जो हमें बहुत अच्छी तरह से सलाह देंगे।

Upon arrival at the reception, a staff member named Grace informed me that she was unable to locate my booking. After I provided my booking number, she asked me to check my friend's booking number instead, which left me confused, as my own booking details should have been sufficient. Once the booking was found, she appeared rushed while showing me around and did not offer a welcome drink. At the women's locker area, she merely informed the staff that I had booked the onsen and then left. Other than these issues, the overall experience was good. It was also a pleasure meeting Ms. Tina, who handled our requests very efficiently and promptly.

First visit to this place. The place is lovely and modern. The staff's attitude is alright, but they did not provide any tour guide for the facility, which can be confusing for a first-time visitor. There are three hot onsens and one icy cold onsen, with one sauna room. Free-flow lemon water is provided in the onsen section. The changing and showering areas are very nice, and they have intelligent toilets with bidets, which is definitely a plus point. Most of the staff are foreigners who can only speak simple English. Finger foods are well-served, with unlimited orders. I personally loved the ginger soup sweet dumpling. Overall, it was a good experience. However, they did not allow me to waive the parking fee and claimed it was incorrect information stated in Klook, which was slightly disappointing as the parking fee was RM12 for five hours.

great place to unwind and relax, they have many facilities and staff around to assist you when needed. their faculties are very clean and the food spread is good and delicious.

Wide selection of light f&b, ultra comfy reclining chair that came with a mini table, phone holder, tablet & earphone for a complete relaxation experience. Unfortunately noise from the club upstairs can be heard from the lounge from 9pm onward. Facility is clean & well maintained. Wish they hv normal manicure & foot massage at the lounge.

我是12am入住的。打算在哪里睡一夜…可以顺便吃个宵夜、早餐、早午茶点…但是呢…半夜那里楼上很像是夜场所…所以一直有很重的音乐到差不多早上4-5am左右… 所以完全和我之前去过的ossoto spa是不一样的…那里也没有餐厅的…就是走廊餐桌和休息室沙发点餐…环境是不错的。

It was an enjoyable and relaxation experience with billion onsen for a 12 hrs onsen, they even provide you with either a dessert or appetizer when you are there after you are done with your onsen or massage. But do come only after you had your meal as currently a full meal are not provided as they are fairly new. Hopefully in future they can provide meal including the like of (Halal and Vegetarian) food for people who would like to stay longer.
