We had a wonderful day with this trip! First of all, I’d like to say thank you to Kimi as our tour guide. He is an amazing person to manage everything by himself from morning to night time. It is not easy to make sure 40+ people are safe and having a good time! He is so kind, funny, and take his responsibilities in another level! Thank you so much, Kimi! Also not forget to our driver, Michael! — The trip was great, we really had a good time and enjoyed everything that they prepared for us. The lunch was delicious! The toilet is clean. Guide spoke great English and was responsive on WhatsApp. We got upgraded to route 2 and shared the cruise w another group. The meal on the boat was fine, edible but nothing outstanding, though free wine and snacks were also served at dinner time on the way back. The stops are about an hour, and you must stay on top of the time so that you don’t get left behind. Titop Island was cute but not much to do besides a short dip/climb to viewpoint. The speedboat takes you out of the bay for some photo ops but is an extra fee; I think spending more time paddling the canoe is better. Be cautious of your valuables and physical ability as people DO actually accidentally tip their boats and fall into the water. Lastly there’s a short climb at Sung Sot cave where the guide toured us around and gave fun facts + took pics for us. Safe and satisfied from pick up to drop off. Ha Long Bay is a must if you have time while in Hanoi & I recommend booking this tour. Cảm ơn 💚

前日に最少遂行人数に足りてない連絡があり、無償でルート2にアップグレードし参加となりました。ただそこで知り合った人も別コースからのアップグレードだったので元々色んなコース設定をしておいて結局人数をまとめる作戦なのかな？と。作戦成功なのかバスは満席。ホテルへのお迎えはまさかのバイクでした。バス自体は快適で無料の水1本。トイレ休憩のSAと真珠工場見学ののちハロン湾へ。船上のランチは見知らぬ人達と相席なのである程度のコミュニケーション力必須です。ガイドも英語です。洞窟〜カヤック体験（ボート）〜ビーチと巡り軽い軽食で帰港。英語力のない人は日本語ガイド付きの方が満喫出来ると思います。全体的にはかなり楽しく満足のいくものでした。

the tour I booked (route 1) has not enough people so I was changed to (route 2) tour. same meet up point and the guide is nice. the view is stunning. food is ok.

Wonderful tour. great lunch on the boat. we were well looked after. it was a long day however the guide Lee made it as interesting as he could. and the sights were beautiful. the cave hike was the highlight of the trip.

My trip with viet dragon cruise didn't take place due to capacity not met but got upgraded to another longer hour cruise without additional cost. The guide Kimi was so helpful. Highly recommended

The operator picked me up from the hostel. The bus was comfortable and the guide was clear and communicative. The cruise ride was very scenic and beautiful. The lunch was also good for vegetarians. Overall a great tour.

My booking was cancelled, but the travel agent gave us a same schedule tour to Ha Long Bay. The services was awesome. They pick us up & drop us from the accommodation. Schedule was on time, with 3 differents places to visit. The tour guide was excellent. Overall it is worth.

親切丁寧でとても楽しい一日でした。ガイドさんも誠心誠意対応してくださり、誠実な方でした。一日たくさん歩いて良い運動になりました。バスの中も快適にすごすことができました。昼食の量もしっかりあって、満足しました。
