हमें खुशी है कि हमने इस दौरे को चुना। हमें सबसे अच्छी गाइड मिली जिसकी कोई भी उम्मीद कर सकता है, जेनेट उर्फ जे-डॉग। वह बिल्कुल अद्भुत थी, वह पूछे गए अधिकांश प्रश्नों के लिए एक विश्वकोश की तरह थी। हमने ऑस्ट्रेलियाई इतिहास और संस्कृति के बारे में बहुत कुछ सीखा, एक मिनट भी ऐसा नहीं था जब हमें बोरियत महसूस हुई हो। यदि आप इस दौरे पर जाने की योजना बना रहे हैं तो जेनेट के लिए पूछना याद रखें। जिन मोटलों में हमें ठहराया गया था वे काफी साफ थे, एक रात के लिए इससे ज्यादा की उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती। एकमात्र शिकायत यह थी कि हम मेलबर्न शहर वापस जाने के लिए जिस ट्रांसफर बस में बैठे थे। सीटें काफी तंग थीं और बस के सस्पेंशन को ठीक करने की जरूरत है। हर बार जब हम किसी गड्ढे से गुजरते थे तो पूरी बस बहुत हिंसक तरीके से हिलती थी। और साफ-सफाई बेहतर हो सकती है।

The tour guide/driver is good, the itineraries are well covered. Had great time interacting with other members of the group.

Sam is a very good tour guide who helps us a lot. His plan is so professional that we have good time management. I am happy that he walked the hiking trail for 3hours with us together and lead us a good way to hike and enjoy the view. He also prepared many snacks and fruits and cold water for us to enjoy for free. He also prepared one breakfast and one dinner of Australian barbecue by himself. One disappointed thing is that Klook booking interface didnt allow me to choose three people room in hotel. I hope we three people can together stay in the same room in these two nights, which I cant choose in klook choice.

行程非常豐富，走訪了大洋路最精彩的景點，而且有機會看到樹熊。住宿房間整潔，而團費包括的早餐和晚餐亦不錯。導遊很友善。

Wonderful experience, lovely scenaries, beautiful people. All co-travellers were friendly and accomodating. Accomodations were better than I've expected since I opt for shared dormitory. Tour guide Misty is wonderful too! Thumbs up!!

大洋路風景優，天氣很好，導遊Misty準時有禮，行山時照顧同行人士，就算周行人未必適合行山，導遊都會另有安排，不會令團友白等，導遊都好盡責介紹四周動物。第二日行山雖然路段，但都真係要啲體能，天氣曬個陣會更加辛苦。兩晚升級左住雙人間，很大和乾淨。

The whole itinerary was really well planned, we had an excellent guide ,janet, who took care of us and was so lovely during the whole trip. I came alone as a solo traveller and there were many other solo travellers as well, we all bonded well together it was a sight to behold. i love all the places we have been, its usually about 45 mins hop on and off to each location, for some we had to hike a little more so it took longer but it was enjoyable. Do make sure you are prepared for the hike, if not you can sit out and join janet to see other places too. Bring comfortable hiking shoes, clothes that fit the weather, it’s chilly in the morning. I brought a torch but it’s not needed don’t bring that. The accommodation was only the part that i’m not used to because i don’t like staying in hostel. the first day was at a motel which was really not bad but the second day was not good. it’s run down and the sheets felt dirty. i would’ve given 5 stars if not for that hostel. but all else was good!
