This was one of my favorite places that I've ever stayed. Everyone on the staff was polite and genuinely nice. Some of them didn't speak any English and used Google translate to communicate and it was fun and they weren't upset about it at all. The housekeeping was amazing for an apartment. The desk was always open which is also amazing for an apartment. Everything in the room worked and the location in Bratislava was perfect. I wish that aparthotels would catch on in the US. It's literally the best way to stay on vacation. And the breakfast was phenomenal, and the laundry was right in our apartment. Perfect if you ask me. Staff and accommodations.

This hotel was so conveniently located and had everything one needs…especially for a longer stay. So many of the sights are within walking distance. There’s also restaurants and a grocery store close by. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was great, my only issue was the day of check out the housekeeping staff just open the door without announcing herself. Minutes later the front desk came advising of check out time. It was about 13 minutes after which to me wasn’t a problem but a disappointment due to their approach. At check out the keys were turned over to the front office and the agent didn’t even wish us a fond farewell. This really left a sour taste in my mouth after being in such a great accommodation. Perhaps a little more training for the staff would go along way.

It is difficult to judge when I don’t have full visibility of the country standard so put my review in perspective.
The room was a little bit crowded in a relatively small footprint but location wise was very good and walking distance to everything is a must to visit in Bratislava.
This was a building shared with offices so quite modern but despite that the quality of the furniture and fittings was quite basic and flimsy (this is where you have to accept the country standard, I suppose). The kitchen was very poorly laid out and it was a game always to find where things were stored.
It was great to have a concierge always at our service and they were very responsive when needed.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Staff at the front desk was quite terrible. Young lady that checked us in was exceptionally rude, disrespectful and discourteous. Will not recommend based on experience with staff.

This was in a great location. Although not technically in the old town, it's essentially across the street. The apartment was very spacious. Breakfast was included, but I'd give that about C+. I just had two minor nits. Although there's a small kitchen, there were no dish towels or paper towels. There is washing machine, but no dryer, although there is drying rack, and we used the towel warmer to speed things along. Overall, it was a great choice in Bratislava.
