Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform The Parkway Place Guesthouse in advance. Guests arriving later than 8 PM must inform the property before 6 PM on the day of check in. On-site parking is available for CAD 10 per day. Complimentary maid service is provided once a week. Additional maid service is available upon request. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guesthouse. Please note, quiet hours are to be observed after 21:30.
