Having spent the last decade working in luxury hospitality in London, I have a particular eye for what truly exceptional service looks like — and the team at MonAsty delivered it effortlessly.
From the moment we arrived, every need was anticipated and met with warmth and professionalism. Anastasia in Reservations was outstanding, and Nikos and Vasilis at the Front Desk were simply brilliant — the kind of people who make a hotel stay genuinely memorable.
The room itself was stunning; beautifully appointed with elegant décor that felt considered rather than generic. The gym was a lovely touch and very well equipped.
The one area I'd gently suggest revisiting is the Room Service menu — a small refinement there would truly round out what is otherwise a flawless guest experience.
We will absolutely be returning.
