The hotel was super convenient and the staff was awesome! The room was small and had limited amenities. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable and the food was quite good.

A renovated old building centrally located. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing available in rooms, no TV, no kettle, no fridge even no air conditioning! This is a problem for summer time. They organized amenities at lobby, free tea and coffee, cold drinking water, fridge and microwave oven for shared use, free ice cream, all ok. But there is no solution for air conditioning.
There is a very popular bar, very close to hotel entrance. That means it’s always very noisy at night. A negative point for families.

This hotel located in old town and the whole building does not have air conditioning. It was 30C in Zurich and was not possible to stay in the room during of the day. We stayed in panorama room on the 7th floor. The room was hot even at night. We had to keep our window open all the time. At night it was difficult to sleep since a lot of noise was coming out from the street. There are several bars in front of the hotel and bar customers were screaming at night .The hotel was clean. Basic breakfast. No laundry.

Great location! Good breakfast. Close to train station and Old Town Zurich. The only thing is that it does not have air conditioning and it was hard to sleep since the room was hot and humid.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which was the best part of our stay.
Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made this one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve had. We visited during a heat wave, and the room was unbearably hot, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Despite opening the windows, there was very little airflow, and the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night.
I truly appreciate the kindness of the staff, but I would not recommend staying here during the summer unless the hotel installs air conditioning or clearly informs guests that rooms do not have it.

Very well situated. Clean, comfortable and quite convenient. At the start of Old Town with loads of eating options, museums and public transportation literally out the door.
Very basic, but very clean and quiet. Morning breakfast always had fresh fruit and freshly baked breads among its vegetarian options. Free access to hot tea and coffee around the clock. A communal fridge and microwave are useful for storing take away. Exceptional Coop Grocer is close by with well-priced ready-to-eat options when not patronizing the scores of eateries nearby.
As a single older woman traveling solo, it was ideal.
Will book this site again!

Breakfast was lovely each morning! Access to cold water and coffee 24 hours was wonderful. There is a shared fridge space that was useful in the heatwave as our chocolate was melting in the room!
The rooms are very basic but we were comfortable.
