Great location- close to transport, shops, and Jagalchi market. Used the spa and scrub. Made a booking in advance but the ajumma was somehow not informed and because they barely can speak English, it became quite stressful and time wasted due to not being able to be serviced together.

For a first timer visiting Busan, the hotel is right in the middle of the old town centre and surrounded by markets, both touristy (Jagalchi) and several local market. There is also a lively night market scene, which the hotel is a block away from (so not noisy). Food choices are many and varied, and an easy walk to Lotte Dept store if that's what you want.
The spa was decent, although you need to bring your own toiletries, and it was the first time I've experienced a salt water hot bath.
The hotel is not really a place to lounge around in, as there are no facilities such as restaurant of cafe on-site, but there are plenty around. It's also some distance from Haeundae beach, so might be an idea to stay closer to that area if you are visiting attractions there, as it's at least 40 minutes by taxi in non-busy times.

Was in a great location. But that's about all it had going for it. The place is dark and dingey. Reception guy is nice. Our room was small and was really unventilated bedding felt wet. Bathroom had hair on the wall and in the bath when we arrived. No shower Curtin and the seal around the bath needed replacing hard to shower too because it's in the bath and the shower head is small. The bed was rock hard and the walls are paper thin I didn't sleep because all I heard all night was thumping and furniture moving from the people up stairs.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this 3-star hotel, but it was nice. It was clean, fairly spacious (single, queen room), and it is absolutely close to attractions such as Jagalchi Market and Gukje Market. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit sketchy though. It’s not like the bright, bustling markets nearby. It’s…quaint.

All of the staff were kind and helpful. At check in, they offered a map that included some food recommendations! We ate at a couple of restaurants on the list and they were all delicious! The room itself was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s a quick walk from Jagalchi market and BIFF square.
If I were to come back to Busan, I would most definitely stay at this hotel! 10/10 recommend!

Very good lay out everything worked fine. The area is very very local if not a seasoned traveller one might be hesitant. Great free Spa on premises and lots of eating options specially seafood related. Close to BIFF (Busan Intl Film Festival area).
