Super Very polite, professional and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I especially appreciated the staff regularly replacing the bottled water and the toiletries used,

Breakfast was excellent with server staff all doing a great job. Reception desk staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestions about enjoying the city, arranging taxi service to airport and other places as we needed. Facilities were clean and tip top shape. Great hotel. Close to city center but away from the noise. We will recommend hotel to friends who may travel to Vienna.

Excellent location and very helpful staff.
Nice breakfast and bar area. Miss having a restaurant in the hotel but that is apparently coming.
