Everything was good, just the gym left a little to be desired. Overall, really liked my stay here.

Very helpful staff. Cozy hotel near old port. Air conditioning not the best but at least there is. Would recommend 👌

Great location; walking distance from the Old Port where most of the action is. The front desk staff (we were served by Loïc and Thomas) were really helpful and gave great recommendations that we highly recommend now as well: for dinner (Brasserie Barbotin) and brunch (Biba). Room was small and even with the curtains drawn would have been unbearably hot (weather outside was 40+ celsius), but was great with the AC , which luckily ran flawlessly (and continually in our case!) My recommendation to the management is to install UV blocking film to the room glass balcony doors. This would bring the temperature WAY down and would despite the initial investment, save tons of electricity cost with the constant AC use in every room. I would also install better black-out curtains with silver lining to the outside to reflect even more heat out.

Nice enough apartment, though the AC didn’t always work. Convenient to the old port. The area is kind of dicey, especially as you move away from the port. It was fine for me, a man alone, but I don’t think my wife would have felt safe.

From the second we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They recommended things to do and places to go, without us even asking! The room was lovely, the location is perfect for exploring this amazing city, and we will stay here again, whenever we return to Marseille. Book this, without hesitation, truly.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also, I arrived early and my room was ready. Get the balcony if you’re going to want morning sunlight. It seems it’s in a bit of a meh part of town but a short and easy walk to the port.

Rooms exceptionally clean and contained everything you need in the kitchenette. Perfectly located just 10 mins from the rail station and Vieux Port. Also there are washing machines in the basement should you require. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in Marseille!
