Just 5.5km from lively Waterford city and set upon 30 acres of farmland, guests can enjoy the best of rural and city life at the house. Guests are ideally placed to enjoy great beaches, golf, angling, walking and horse riding, as well as a wealth of restaurants and bars. Host Susan Bailey-Daunt provides delicious breakfasts of organic, local produce, and is a fluent German speaker. The house has a completely wheelchair-friendly bedroom. Recently extended Samuels Heritage now has 6 brand new Hotel sized ensuite rooms. All rooms are on ground level. In close proximity to WRH Hospital. Family home, panoramic views, quiet & peaceful country surroundings, close proximity to beaches, golf, angling, walking, horseriding and wide choice of Restaurants.
