The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can. It's a mile walk to to peer in jeju city. 10 minute walk to Dongmun market. Fun place to visit, the beaches are nice and there's so much u can do, loved Jeju!

This is one of my favorite hotels in Jeju. It’s very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and there is ample parking available. It’s also very affordable for the quality and service provided.

Very much a self help hotel; no daily cleaning of room and will have to dispose own garbage etc. No full time staff; collected room key from table upon arrival.

Place have basic kitchen so you can cook if wanted. Close to dongnum market with many food options. Could use more large towers for bathroom. Property manager was very nice and friendly.

Excellent value. Comfy bed & pillow. A big studio next to the main street (buses to the airport and Hallasan).
Helpful owner.
The only downsides were dirty windows and that was impossible to block morning light.
