No air conditioning. We spent one night to break up a trip from Phoenix too San Francisco and wished we had gone the whole way through. The air-conditioning didn’t work. Are we worried it was a good night sleep and we didn’t get one because it was so hot. Staff solution was a small box fan or a window air conditioner, which would mean the window would be open onto a very, very busy street. We could hear the traffic already without opening the window. We weren’t offered another room, and it was very apparent that the staff knows that the air-conditioning doesn’t work.
Parking was $40 so basically we paid $300 for absolutely terrible experience. We’ve always stayed at Marriott hotels in the past and found the quality good. But not anymore the qualitiy is not good and we won’t be staying there.
