Excellent hotel. Very nice food. One of the best (probably the best) hotel we’ve ever stayed at in terms of the staff. We had an amazing welcome from the owner/manager Cleopatra and her team and from that moment on, they were all so attentive, friendly and professional. They really made you feel like their focus was entirely on making your stay as good as it could possibly be. I am sure we will return.

Great location , beautiful hotel new, you do not have to do stairs , very friendly reception staff , Katrina, Hope , Cleopatra and the fourth staff female member that I forgot her name , they made you feel right at home , service with a smile , good breakfast buffett , plenty space for free parking right in front. 10 minutes walk to Fira , though at night roads are not lit and fairly narrow .

The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk into Fira. On the walk into town you will pass the bus terminal/parking lot. Very convenient for a trip to or from Oia. The hotel staff was very warm and accommodating. Since I was arriving to the hotel in late evening, they assisted in arranging for airport pick up—30 Euros from the airport. They also arranged for my transportation to the port for the ferry. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area is beautiful with views of the sea. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. I took the caldera walk from Fira to Oia. Wear good shoes as parts of the walk are dicey. I would suggest Santorini Dave’s YouTube video to gauge your expectations and be informed of landmarks. Tha highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Kleopatra and Ahmed. I was traveling solo and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, great on site restaurant, and amazing staff! Only negative items were the breakfast isn’t great but was appreciated, the WIFI wasn’t great, constantly cutting out, and our tv screen would go out intermittently but you could still hear audio then the screen would randomly come back on. Additionally, rooms are not sound proof. Our room was above the breakfast area and every morning we heard every chair scrap across the floor as if we were 5’ away. Lastly, the room desperately needs a dehumidifier, the moisture was insane where I hand washed some items and after leaving them out for the day they smelled horrible as if I left wet swim trunks in a bag for a week. There was more positive than negative overall about this establishment, however, the few items I mentioned above desperately need attention.

10/10 everyone was so nice ! Would recommend for solo travelers as well
