En dessous de la moyenne The staff was unfriendly to the point of being hostile. The WIFI didn't work at all. The TV worked about a third of the time. The restaurant has nothing to sell (no rice!) .. the whole thing is rather a joke. Caucasians do not appear to be welcome here.
