Lovely hotel. The food was stand out! We loved the two pools and access to the sea!

It was a great place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at NEXT – Savoy Signature. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was modern, comfortable and spotless, with a lovely view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout my visit, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and I had no issues at all during my visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’d happily recommend NEXT – Savoy Signature to anyone visiting Madeira.

The hotel was nice, I wish the showers had doors because I accidentally stepped on the wet floor and I fell. The hotel is clean and well kept but when you walk outside smells like a septic tank. I think is the street sewer nothing to do with the hotel but around noon the smell is pretty strong. I think the pool downstairs could be a bit better it looked green not blue the water was probably clean but it made it look dirty from the top balconies down in comparison to the hotels next door. The breakfast was very good, lots of options and changed very day, it was clean and organized . The room was done every day sometimes they would forget the towels but they would replace them right away. I had a two bed room and the beds were a bit small for a large or tall person . The bar drinks were great they had everything.

Room was really clean and the gym and sauna facilities were great. Also great options for food and drink at the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Ample breakfast. Pool and lounge area relaxed. Nice views from room. Relaxed roof top bar. Easy walk to bars and restaurants.

Positives - Our room was on the 6th floor which has an amazing view out to the Atlantic! - The bed was comfortable - The air con was good. - Shower was good. - Enjoyed our time at the lower level sea water pool and great to have sea access. - Nice bar staff at the lower level pool. Negatives - Really poor soundproofing in the room, we heard stomping around from upstairs at all different hours of the day, you can hear people using the bathroom taps/showers. You can hear next door TV. This was probably the main bug bear of this stay. - Myself and my wife had spoken to the hotel about it being my birthday and if they could do anything special for us, even if it required as to pay, they said they were going to put a bottle of sparkling in the room but it never happened. This is quite poor customer service to be honest. - We tried calling the reception nearly everyday early in the evening to get an iron and ironing board, no-one ever answered the phone. - Unattentive bar staff at the rooftop bar. - Highly annoying and repetitive promo video/music in the lifts. In summary, we absolutely loved Madeira, but unfortunately when we visit again, it won't be to the NEXT hotel.

Everything about this property was excellent. Very clean, friendly, helpful staff, lots of amenities, and a great selection of places to relax including a rooftop terrace and a spa.

The staff was very helpful, especially Rodrigue and Rachel also, the property was well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. It had a lot of variety.The only thing I disliked was the pool deck was under construction, and there was a sewer smell on the property other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The Hotel was excellent with an excellent location. I enjoyed the pool. Many good restaurants conveniently located just behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection and was so helpful to have especially before touring. I highly recommend this hotel.
