The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, good bar and restaurant food however the breakfast was poor. The granola was large hard chunks, all the hot food was cold and small selection of cold items and no yoghurt. Good location next to the station.

We stayed here for a trip into London and visiting a family member nearby, we arrived to see police chasing a gang of hooded youths past the hotel which wasn’t the best start but when we returned to the hotel at 10:30 there was a gang of hooded thugs tossing around stolen merchandise and boasting of who they’d robbed. We had to run the gauntlet into the hotel where we found no staff on duty. The area clearly has a crime problem and there should be staff/security on the door for the protection of guests. I messaged the company but have yet to receive a response. The room was cramped, and dark. The amenities basic. No bedside table. My clothes couldn’t fit in the wardrobe. We arrived for breakfast with the time window and most containers were empty.

Great location plenty of parking rooms are a little bit compact for my liking but I found the floors of the room very dirty and didn’t look like they’d seen a vacuum cleaner in a while.

Room is ridiculously small don't bring a cat you can't swing it. Not even enough room to walk round the bed.
