I had to asked multiple times for the check in details, which was rather stressful. Other than that, everything went smothly, the room was clean and enjoyed my stay. It is in very central location with many options around it.

Good location, spacious, clean room. Better if they had some coffee, pots or something extra.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and the fact this property is marketed as “premium” is frankly laughable. Do not be fooled by the photos. They hide a reality of broken facilities, missing essentials, and a management team that disappears the moment you raise a problem. From the first night, the room was not fit for purpose. The window had only half a curtain, leaving the room exposed to light and neighbouring buildings. There was no privacy and no darkness, which meant no sleep at all. This was raised immediately with photos. I was ignored. The shower was the next failure. The shower pole was detached from the wall, unstable, and painful to use. This is a basic hygiene and safety issue, not a minor defect. Again, photos were sent. Again, silence. Communication then completely collapsed. Messages went unanswered. Calls were ignored. I spent an entire day chasing someone just to acknowledge the issues. The only time they replied was after I threatened a chargeback, which says everything about how they treat guests once they have your money. A staff member eventually appeared, confirmed the curtain was too short and unsuitable, and then left. No fix. No replacement. No follow-up. The issue remained unresolved for the rest of the stay. On top of this, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite being advertised. This was reported. Nothing was done. And then there were the so-called “facilities”, which were frankly insulting. Avoid!

Everything was as expected - friendly staff - would return here !

The property is at the heart of city centre with access to everywhere. The challenge is with the management who dont seem to be very organised. I had to wait at least half an hour past the check-in time to receive the access code and that was after a reminder call. The property was not clean. Scheduled cleaning was was only done upon 2 reminders. Amenities requested at the time of booking were only provided after request. Feels like I was shortchanged but had excellent sleep on very comfortable mattresses.

Unbelievably bad experience. From the moldy windows and shower, to the dripping bathroom sync and the dirty bed cover, this was just the start. At 12:30AM really loud arabic music started playing from the next appattment which is owned by the same group. I called the support number and then said they will call the police. I don't see how would this be the first option but ok. After 30 minutes of nonstop music, i called again and they didn't pick up. Called again and they turned off their phone. I guess thank you for good support of your clients.

Decent for the price but not as good as shown in photos. It was clean. The TV was broken. There was a duvet that we needed to use but it didn't have a cover. Shower didn't have a door. Bedroom door seemed like it was punched in. In general terms it has potential but doesn't feel very professional. A coffee machine would be great addition.

The apartment was nice and clean but the staff took a while to communicate with me, as well as they wouldn’t provide me with an extra blanket despite having two beds in the room until the last night there. The shower head was also not attached.
