The service is what you would expect from a budget hotel friendly and informative although they werent often there at the front desk. Housekeeping was excellent always gave us way too many amenities. Mattress was very uncomfortable too hard and too small for two people. The air circulation in the room could have been much better. Great location close to stations and easy to navigate.

Room and bed were pretty small and and when we asked to extend stay because our new place was not ready yet, one of the staffs told us to go on line to make the reservation when the hotel's internet and Wi-Fi service was completely poor. They rent a portable Wi-Fi for our room to supplement the poor connection but that did not work well either.

Room and bathroom has some odor. Bath room was not even with floor. It will be nice to put tape to warn that level is not even. We bumped few times during stay.

Super Good location near train terminal and lots of little restaurant options close by. Room size was good for Japan hotel standard but was dusty on top of the walrobe closet. Shower and bathroom facilities were fine too. Staff was very accommodating and courteous.
