En dessous de la moyenne The hotel was more like a Hostel. Considering how much I paid and we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The toilet didn’t flush. There was mold in the shower. The bed was two twin size beds and I paid for a single bed. My husband’s back hurts from sleeping in such an uncomfortable bed. It was terrible. I do not recommend.

Great property, close to everything we wanted to see. Or room faced the small canal out back and had a great view.
Breakfast was €10 each and included croissant if your choice, coffee of choice (cappuccino, latte, etc.), yogurt, juice and a few crackers and cookies. Only things I would have like to see added was some fresh fruit.
Room was clean, spacious and in good repair including the bathroom.

The timw we were at the property, there was nobody at the reception, ever. Self check-in is not a good idea for an hotel. We had to go to an another hotel to get service around Venice. The bed really not confortable either

Excellent location, lovely spacious room with very nice clean bathroom. Everything was close by. The check in process after 1 pm is a little confusing and if you don’t have a phone to contact the property manager I am not sure what you would do. Once we were sorted it all went beautifully.

Super Very private, and good location. Close to supermarket/Vaporreto stop. But 2nd fl with stairs to bring luggage. Overall nice area and good hotel to stay
