Everything was surprisingly amazing from the free apple juice and water down in the waiting area all the way to the actual room that was perfectly air conditioned beautifully laid out and located in a modest area.

This place was unfortunately very disappointing. I chose it for its location and very close proximity to my daughter's dorm building. It is falsely listed on google as a 4-star hotel, when it is really probably a 2-star. I know it was my fault that I missed the fact that this place had no elevator with stairs required for our 3rd floor room. But, these staircases were long and narrow and very difficult with a larger 45-pound suitcase. Our room was a basic one-queen without kitchen. It looked nothing like photos on the webpage. The walls were bare, it felt like an average college dorm room with white bedding. There was paint chipping off, a dent in the bathroom door, the toilet paper holder was half falling off the wall and the rubber seal at the bottom of the shower door was breaking off. I don't know if it was just me, no matter what my teen daughter and I did, we could not get the room temp right with the air conditioning. It was always either too cold, or warm/humid. The good things about this place were that it was clean, there were complimentary water and apple juice bottles in the lobby, and the first floor laundry machines were free. The street the building is on is safe, but it is a rather run-down block just off of UPenn campus. In summary, I probably would never stay here again, but if you are only 1-2 people, traveling light with only small luggage, and aren't too picky about your room temp or the aesthetics of your room, then this place may be ok for you.

Relatively quiet. Appears newly renovated. Exterior door keypad a little finicky.

Please keep the water bottle for water inside the room

The room was clean. But the shower place was not properly maintained. The drain was clogged and water cumulated quickly. The water was lukewarm even after running for 15 minutes. I felt chilly after taking the morning shower. It was disappointing if you could not take a hot shower in the morning.

The property was as advertised in the photos. Loved the space. The kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and a nice little coffee/tea station. . The amenities were thoughtful and helpful. The property is well maintained. My only warning would be: watch the stairs! There are a lot of them and the outdoor stairs can get slippery.

The unit was great, with bright natural lighting and a clear room . The room and bathroom were well maintained. The airconditioning was on and the room temperature was relaxing for a hot day outside.

Idea of an AI hotel sounds great

This was the worst rooming experience I’ve ever experienced. The room was over 80 degrees hot, but the hotel staff locked the AC, saying that it is still winter and that we are not allowed to touch the AC. Nights were so hot that we could not sleep. I will never be returning to this hotel, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I didn’t have a room with a kitchen. I did have a mini fridge and a coffee machine. The room and bathroom were clean.
