The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area.
The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time.
A very enjoyable stay.

The guest house was beautifully designed, aesthetically appealing and well positioned an easy walk to PiazzaLiberta for buses to Novella train station as well as a the small airport. A supermarket and pharmacy2-3 blocks away Very comfortable beds, same foam pillows common here in Europe.
Housekeeping service daily. Armando at reception was a good source of info.

Very close to Milan Airport and a free shuttle and light breakfast included. The room was clean and comfortable also the restaurant is such a convenience. The staff welcomed me after a very long day of travel.

Strictly spoken not too much equipment to cook, but I was in no need of that. Big supermarket nearby. Not too many restaurants in vicinity of the place, but on the other side quit place and superb backyard. I will for sure come back

First issue is mould in the bathroom, it’s simply not safe. The main issue was the a/c didn’t work I wasn’t able to sleep much at all. There’s no front desk at night so I messaged but after back and forth the building had switched to heaters due to the time of year and didn’t expect a warm week. The room actually heated instead of cooled. It wasn’t comfortable at all. The hotel manager simply told receptionist to ask me to write a complaint than speak to me. Forgetting the shower door was broken, in summary avoid this place.
