This is absolutely the best option for a few days in Sevilla! The location is amazing and near to everything. It was clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 1 teen. Elevator was an unexpected bonus!
One of the highlights of our trip was the opportunity to watch the feria fireworks from the rooftop terrace!
Would book again in a heartbeat!!!

This is the kind of room you would not linger in as ours had no view at all.
Upside is the space, amenities and location
Downside is that it’s just facing a line of rubbish bins with collectors coming at 2am to clear them. We can hear noises from the street which cannot be helped because of the echo on the wall facing the building. We could live with it, but for those sensitive to noise, it can be rather unbearable.

En dessous de la moyenne The apartments view was of a dumpster that was constantly having trash thrown in. The apartment had an awful smell accompanied by toxic cleaning fumes that gave me a migraine. The beds had minimal scratchy bedding that wasn’t comfortable. We slept after 30 min and found another hotel. The staff was very rude when we expressed our concerns. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!

The room facing the street overlooks the garbage containers. Throughout the night and early morning, you can hear carts from nearby businesses constantly hauling and dumping trash, making it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I don’t understand why, at least for that room, they haven’t invested in soundproof windows.
