One step up from average business hotel. The layout of the room is very thought out. Separate toilet and bathroom a plus.. Soaking tub with onsen bath salts (included) is very nice. Breakfast buffet average - both western and Japanese items

The hotel is located at the heart of Saguragi-Cho station, which is within walkable distance to many tourist spots. Abundant restaurants, shopping and convenient stores within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended.

The service at the hotel was great. The staff was kind and helpful when it came to any questions we had. The room was extremely clean, and the staff did a great job making the room look brand new every day. We did not sign up for the breakfast plan but the food looked very good.

Stayed in Deluxe Twin room for a week. Bathroom has tiled washing area like that of Onsen (hot spring), there is bath chair and basin, and has Onsen-style diverter water faucet. Hotel Amenities include several choices of bath additive with different mineral components to make water (in the bathtub) an imitation of hot spring water in Japan. There is a small massager to use while sitting in the chair. A good breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the ground floor. Few minutes walk to train station, subway and bus terminal.

Fantastique Fourth time staying (2 weeks at a time) and I’m never disappointed. Can’t think of any place else to stay while visiting my family in Yokohama.
