It was great value for the price and close to the highway.

The facility was in good condition and the staff was friendly and met all our requests. One suggestion - it might be time for new mattresses. 3 of the 4 beds we used in our 2 rooms were sunk in the middle.

We never stayed at this property we were told the washer and dryer broke and there were no clean linen for the room

Great place to stay, friendly staff

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Prior to our arrival, I called to inform the hotel that we would be checking in late with our family. I was assured that our reservation was secure, our room was available, and a note had been added to the system regarding our late arrival. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the hotel had been overbooked and that our reserved room was no longer available. The only rooms remaining had not yet been cleaned, and we were offered one of those rooms instead. When we expressed our concerns, the only solution provided was a refund. While we appreciate the refund, it did little to address the situation. Due to limited availability in the area, there were no other hotels with vacancies. As a result, my wife, our two children, and I were forced to spend the night sleeping in our car before continuing our trip the next day. This experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful for our family. Given the circumstances, I feel that a refund alone was not an adequate resolution. If the hotel truly values customer loyalty and wants guests to consider staying with this brand again, additional efforts should have been made to address the hardship caused by the overbooking and lack of accommodation.

No amenities. Not even bottled water in the room. Room was not made up. Was told it’s only done every other day. Breakfast was not gratis. Was told by the front desk that all that information is on the website and is true nationwide. I will not be returning

The bed was clean enough. There were dead beetle carcasses o on the couch. The screen to the balcony was in disrepair There was a wasp nest on the balcony. Which a wasp got into the room because of the screen. The restaurant had burgers but no buns We didn’t use the shower and they charged my credit card $20 for ‘incidentals’ if anything they should have given me $20 for my troubles

A good place to stay. Decent price for a decent location.
