Second time staying in Aquitania. Belén is the best. She recognized us the moment we arrived, and took great care of us, making us feel at home. Belén even said farewell and inquiry about our experience when we ran into her on the streets when we were getting a taxi to the airport. This great hotel has a rooftop pool, which is a plus. It is also located in the center right in el caso viejo. However, the warm interaction with every member makes one feel welcome and that one belongs to the great city of Sevilla. We cannot wait to return again for a third time and other visits. Even other family members cannot wait to visit Sevilla and stay in Aquitania.

Muy bien ubicado y la pieza muy buena, con microondas, lavavajilla, platos y todo muy bien. Lo unico es que el servicio de lavanderia es de 2 pm en adelante (que no decía en ningun lado), y no pudimos ocuparlo porque no alcanzabamos esos horarios.

We stayed at Aquitania Home Suites for one night and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and well located. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience before arriving left a disappointing impression. I had accidentally booked the wrong night through Expedia and only realized the mistake weeks later while reviewing our itinerary. As soon as we discovered the error, we immediately booked the correct night because there was only one room left and we didn’t want to lose our stay. This meant we paid for two separate one-night reservations but only needed one night. I emailed the hotel as soon as I realized the mistake and received a brief response stating that no refund was possible. I also asked again at check-in and again at check-out in case there was any flexibility, but each time I was told no. I understand that the original reservation was non-refundable and take full responsibility for my mistake. However, because we had already booked and paid for the correct night at the same hotel, I had hoped they might offer some goodwill, such as a partial refund or credit, particularly if the unused room could be resold. The stay itself was pleasant, but the lack of customer service in this situation left us feeling disappointed. I hope the hotel will consider allowing more flexibility for genuine booking mistakes in the future, particularly when guests are still choosing to stay at the property.

We booked the deluxe studio which was a lovely spacious room, smooth check in, friendly staff and quiet pool. An excellent location close to all that Seville has to offer. Lovely little welcome pack of oranges, biscuits and rolls on arrival, which included jams. Temperature within the room was most welcome given the 40 degree heat at the time of our stay (set to 20 degrees, which was lovely after a day of exploring). The description of amenities are not quite as described with Expedia, no dressing gowns and the ‘free stocked mini bar’ isn’t a ‘mini bar’ in the traditional sense, the only drink provided is bottled water and essentially it’s just a fridge with standard tea and coffee items (also when we used any of the stocked items they were not replaced, apart from the water). To enhance the guests stay, it would also be good to have a choice of pillows, I found the pillows a little on the hard side. That said, I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. We enjoyed our time in Seville and Aquitania were able to accommodate a later checkout for our later flight at a very reasonable price.

The rooms were very large and well equipped kitchen. The balconies were cute as well. But the pool and rooftop are the highlight. This place is fantastic. Amazing value for how nice it is. Very beautiful and perfect location.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The apartment was lovely with everything you needed. We loved the rooftop pool! Would definitely come back!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is perfect for tourists, with many attractions within easy reach. The two gentlemen I met during my stay were very friendly, provided excellent service, and shared useful local information, which I really appreciated. However, I had an unpleasant experience on the second day. I didn't realize I was in the open lobby, and I was speaking loudly with my friends because they were some distance away from me. A lady at the reception approached me in an unpleasant tone to tell me to lower my voice. While I understand the need to keep the lobby quiet, I felt the way she spoke to me was unprofessional and could have been much more polite. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some excellent staff members, but the customer service experience at the reception could be improved.

The views were wonderful from the penthouse.

Very nice and friendly staff , the location was amazing would highly recommend this place
