Hotel located minutes from the Rosebank Mall, Guatrain & Red Bus. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff were nice as well. The breakfast is a little limited & could be warmer. I had an early tour and they prepared me a breakfast to go.

The staff are impeccable and attentive from the front desk to cleaning staff. The food there is good as well. There's no pork (it's Halal) which also means no bar or alcohol, this can be remedied by going to buy your own or getting an Uber drop off. My one complaint is the bathroom sink...it's so narrow that you get water everywhere when you turn it on. If you're coming from America bring wash cloths, they're not a thing in South Africa.

We needed a hotel quickly when we flew into Johannesburg because our plans fell through. We were able to book easily, check in easily and had a pleasant night’s sleep after a long journey from the states. The staff was gracious and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

Really wonderful stay at Hyatt House. The rooms are large and perfect for a longer stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful and good at their jobs. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who were great!

Breakfast was excellent, the staff mostly kind, except for the restaurant guy and they didn't do the housekeeping for two days, pretty close to the Rosebank Mall.

A wonderful hotel conveniently close to many shops & restaurants as well as the Rosebank metro. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. All the staff are warm and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
